Training Needs Analysis |
Training Needs Analysis identifies the gap between the knowledge, skills and attributes required and those already possessed by employees. It concentrates on focusing needs against business strategy and goals. This level is the most important because it starts with an assessment of the organization's strategic direction. Based on the gaps identified, the training solution is created. |

We develop customized training/learning content using a variety of delivery formats/tools. | Outbound Management Development Program |
Outbound Management Development Program (ODMP) provides a learning environment where the participants engage in experiences that are realistic, Physically active, cognitively meaningful and effectively engaging. The activities are intended to strip participants of practical and scripted behavior. Individuals disentangle themselves from old paradigms. Experiential Learning is a learning process that involves stress, strife, self-direction, sacrifice, goal setting, perfecting skills and cooperation with others to achieve goals. The purpose of learning is to gain something new and to put that new skill or information to the test of effectiveness. |
| Instructor led training |
Our classroom based or Instructor Led Training is conducted through face-to-face interaction between participants and instructors. Instructor Led Training covers detailed information sharing, discussions, checking understanding through quizzes, feedback and response to direct questions.

Synergy offers Sales Force Training through interactive classroom training programs. Synergy also offers coaching in on-the-field selling skills resulting in improved productivity and performance. The sales coaches mentor and coach the frontline sales forces in the field.

Induction training is absolutely vital for new employees. The goal is to help them reach the level of performance expected from an experienced worker by introducing the individual to key employees and give an impression of this values, ethics, philosophy and culture of the organization. It also contains information dealing with the layout of the firm's operating facility, health and safety measures and security systems.

Voice and accent training is designed keeping in mind the diversified globalize culture and the need of business outsourcing--the speech skills of Indian BPO employees are groomed and refined and they are taught how to improve their overall English conversational skills to meet international standards.
